Stevens Creek has a mission to reach out to those who are lost and hurting. People may come through our doors feeling scared, broken or apprehensive. Even if they aren’t new to the church it is possible that they could be going through a difficult season in their lives. It is our responsibility to welcome everyone in and to reflect God’s love in the midst of their troubles. We want people to feel like they belong at Stevens Creek.
As we start this new season of ministry I am wanting some feedback on how to make the experience people have at the Creek even better. So, here is your chance to help.

Hey man! You and your team will do a great job leading First Impressions. I would suggest that you get the First Impressions Team together and go on a "field trip." Have the team break up in small groups (2 or 3 people to a group) and send them out to stores, restaurants, car dealerships, businesses, hotels, etc. Ask the teams to intentionally look for great customer service and bad customer service. When the groups return from the field trip the entire team can discuss what places offered great customer service and places that offered not so great service. Once the team identifies what "great customer service" is they can discuss how they can take what they experienced at the stores and apply those principles and practices to First Impressions. It takes a gifted and special person to be excellent at First Impressions and I know Stevens Creek has many people already there to step up and do a GREAT job.
You are so very special! your compassion for others is refreshing,.....to say the least. love it keep it up!!!
God is good....all the time!!!
hanks for being you!!
My spiritual Gift is to Discern, I really think the people who have that spiritual Gift on the team, let it be known. Alot of people walk through the Doors and I can just sense they are nervous and arent sure what to do...some people cant always detect that. Those people need to be approached immediately, and basically be "Told what to do" its really what they want. Its what I wanted when I walked in Scared for the first time.
